Latrice McNeal
Owner, McNeal Mental Wellness
Latrice McNeal is a master’s level licensed psychotherapist and speaker. As a mental health professional, Latrice has specialized training in stress management, trauma, and anxiety. Latrice is the owner of McNeal Mental Wellness where she provides counseling, clinical supervision, speaking, and personal development services.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health, Latrice integrates clinical and faith-based approaches to holistically support her clients to transform their lives. Latrice has been married for 17 years and has 2 beautiful children. In her personal time, she enjoys community service and spending time with her family.
Kim Peavler
Owner, Melan Mind
Kim Peavler is a mindfulness practitioner, RN, and founder of Melan Mind, a company dedicated to promoting mindfulness among Black women. With her teachings on the art of presence as a stress-relieving tool, she seeks to create a community of women who prioritize self-care and self-exploration. Kim is also the creator of Culture Meets Presence, a documentary that captures her journey leading a group of Black women through eight weeks of guided meditation and self-discovery. As a candidate for a master's degree in mindfulness studies, she is committed to promoting the benefits of mindfulness in healthcare and wellness.
Ashley Starwood, LCSW & CYT-200
Owner, Leading with Love Therapy and Wellness Center, Inc.
Ashley earned an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and an MSW from Aurora University. She is well versed in trauma and crisis therapy, and is committed to helping clients become the best version of themselves. Ashley has training in happiness coaching, hypnotherapy, crisis prevention, and is a certified yoga teacher. She is also a published author and uses her book, “Writing with Love: A Guided Journal for Couples,” to help clients strengthen their relationships. In therapy, Ashley creates a warm and supportive environment and incorporates extensive therapeutic training and mindfulness into treatment plans. Her goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to move forward and grow.
John Anderson, CFP

John has been a registered representative of Equitable Advisors since December 2001. He holds an Economics degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He has attained several career achievements and has consistently been named a Five Star Wealth Manager Award Winner from 2019-2022.
John is involved in the National Black MBA Association and the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago. He is very active with the 100 Black Men of Chicago Inc. mentoring organization, currently serving as the organization's Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Demi Dorsey

Demi Dorsey is a competitive body builder, fitness enthusiast, and owner of The Demi Method where she transforms lives through education, meal planning, and fitness.
For years, she thrived as an athlete. Then, after experiencing loss and hardship, she quickly clung onto food as her emotional escape becoming 75 pounds heavier than she had ever been. A trained-collegiate athlete, she initially struggled with where to start her fitness journey once her athletic college career came to an end.
Now, after making that mental switch to start over with her fitness education, she has mastered the kitchen. Today, she competes in several body-building competitions and has decided to use her education to help transform the lives of others!
Patricia McClure-Chessier Hospital Executive
Patricia M. McClure-Chessier has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. She holds a MBA, MPA, and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Patricia has worked as a Hospital CEO for large healthcare corporations, an adjunct college instructor, is the former Program Chair for Illinois Women Conquers Alzheimer’s, and is the author of two award-winning books: "Losing a Hero to Alzheimer's The Story of Pearl", and “A Caregiver's Guide for Alzheimer's and Dementia Nine Key Principles”.
She has been the guest speaker for several healthcare conferences, has been featured in several magazines and newspapers, interviewed on radio and television stations, and currently hosts a talk show “Talk Time with Trish” on OCP Inspirational TV network.
Tammy Lenzy, Esq.
Estate Planning Attorney
Tammy J. Lenzy, Esq. is a highly skilled legal executive with over 30 years of combined legal experience working in law firms and corporate environments. A former General Counsel for an Illinois based company, her current primary practice areas include estate planning, probate and real estate (commercial and residential). Relentless in reducing legal expenses for her clients, she offers creative ways for clients to control their legal fees.

Jerlicia Hobson is an accomplished celebrity make-up artist. Her clientele ranges from Tina Knowles, the mother of Beyonce', to Kimberly Elise, Sarah Jakes Roberts, Tammy Rivera, Tink, Miss Ghana Universe, DJ Sophia Body, Mieka Joi, & Monique Rodriguez. Currently, her work covers the March edition of Essence Magazine as the make-up artist for Monique Rodriguez, the owner of Mielle Organics.
